League of Hard Knox notes

Non-PPR, so lean RB early. No points per catch means volume rushers outscore target hogs; the RB cliff is the first one that matters. From slot 6 an elite RB or a top-3 WR should be there at pick 6, and picks 15 and 26 are where the RB2 decision lives.

Wait on QB. One starting QB across 10 teams, 4-point passing TDs. Ten startable QBs always exist — rounds 8 to 12. Rushing QBs get full 6-point TDs and 0.1 per yard, so bump them a tier.

TE is elite-or-punt. Non-PPR makes mid-round TEs nearly worthless. Either take a top-2 TE if one slides, or wait until the double-digit rounds.

D/ST is juiced here. Sacks, turnovers, and both points-allowed and yards-allowed brackets (up to ±7). A top unit is worth grabbing a round or two earlier than feels normal — round 9-11, not last. Kickers are also above standard (3-5 per FG, −1 per miss): last two rounds, but prioritize accuracy and leg.

Your picks: 6 · 15 · 26 · 35 · 46 · 55 · 66 · 75 · 86 · 95 · 106 · 115 · 126 · 135 · 146 · 155. The wait alternates 8 picks then 10, so tier cliffs matter more on the 26/46/66 side of the turn.

Plays out the picks between now and your next two turns a few hundred times, with rivals drafting near their ADP and filling their own holes. Tells you who actually survives, and which pick right now leaves you with the best two-turn haul.

Roster slots

Starting slots drive replacement level, which is what makes the value numbers comparable across positions. Get these right and everything downstream sharpens up.

Backup & reset

Everything lives on this device only. Save a backup before the draft, and again at the halfway point — restoring takes five seconds and beats reconstructing four rounds from memory.
